If your transaction has been completed and the amount has been deducted from your bank account, but you are unable to download the receipt or are prompted to make the payment again, do not attempt a duplicate payment.
If you have noted the Transaction Reference generated during payment, you can update your pending payment using that reference here. If not, you may retrieve the Transaction Reference from the confirmation email or SMS sent by the payment gateway.
